Nancy Lessard

Nancy is a partner at Kairos since its inception.  Her experience as senior executive, both in private and public sectors, allows her to understand the challenges and realities of entrepreneurial management teams and their owners.  She is passionate to work with teams to build equity and bring long term value with integrity and strong governance.

Before joining Kairos, Nancy was at the forefront of many purchases and sales of companies, amongst which for The Clairus Group and Fix Auto Canada.  She was CFO and Managing Director of The Clairus Group, the largest North American on-demand vertically integrated auto glass company, where she oversaw and supported various initiatives in finance, management, and strategic planning.  She previously was vice president of finance and administration of Uniban Canada (2013-2018), vice president finance and human resources of Fix Auto Canada (2006-2013) and of Sonomax Hearing Healthcare (2003-2006). 

Nancy is a strong advocate for continuing education and as such was Chair of the Education Committee while sitting as Board Member of the Conseil Québécois de la franchise and was also a coach in Coach for the Strategic Leadership Program of the CPA, CMA order (2007-2013).

She currently is member of the Board of Directors of Groupe Pro-Fab and Comprod.
