Mikael Desmarais is a partner at Kairos Capital Management and specialises in business development and marketing activities for large enterprises that are scaling their businesses nationally.  He is a strategic thinker at heart, and able to streamline broad strategies in a focus working environment to promote sales and bottom-line growth. 

Mikael continues to be an active Vice-President of a large automotive after-market consolidator and has served as VP of Retail Operations at Clairus Group and General Manager at Driven Brands for their automotive glass segment. During this time, Mikael was responsible for integrating a face pace multi-brand strategy in and streamlining operational procedures and processes to drive efficiencies and a consistent experience to the end-user.

Prior experience includes working for Deloitte, as a senior auditor and obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration & Specialized graduate diploma (accounting) from HEC Montreal and Certification in Leadership & Management for executives at John Molson School of Business.
