Mario Jutras is a partner at Kairos Capital Management. His entrepreneurial success and executive experience offer Kairos portfolio companies and executives a season veteran in addressing the strategic and operational challenges of scaling a business. 

He is the Co-Founder of Clairus Group and served as its Vice-President, as well as CEO of PH Vitres d’Auto distribution. Prior to forming Clairus Group with his founding partners, Mario began in the company that his father, Mr. Paul-Henri Jutras, established in 1967, and has transformed the Company from a single distribution warehouse in the countryside to Canada’s leading independent auto glass business. Always intently focused on customer service and on the true success of his customers and his employees, Mario is an inspirational leader, and his presence and wisdom are valued throughout the Kairos companies. 

In the community, Mario has received many honors for his entrepreneurship, social involvement, and community generosity.
