Marc founded the Kairos Capital Management private equity fund in 2020 and continues to provide long-term strategic, financial, and merger-acquisition experience to mid-market companies. For over 25 years, Marc has been providing guidance to successful private and public companies across Canada and the USA. He is recognised for his executive strategic, transactional, and operational skills, developing successful brands and innovative technological proprietary solutions. He was awarded several industry recognitions from his peers for the development of technological solutions, innovative operational systems, environmentally friendly initiatives, and his overall contribution to the Franchising sector among other achievements.

Former President and CEO of The Clairus Group Inc., Marc fostered the impressive growth of the largest North American on-demand vertically integrated auto glass company. His implementation of a North American market consolidation and capital investor strategy were paramount in building a new innovative model that created tremendous financial momentum to his constituents. His integrity, collaborative approach and commitment to a shared success platform are a few key qualities that have distinguished Marc during his career. 

Marc continues to provide strategic and financial guidance to companies as well as his continued commitment to various charity associations. He serves as President of the Énergie Cardio Advisory Board, is a member of Groupe Touchette Advisory Committee since 2017, Chairman of the Kairos portfolio companies and was a judge for the McGill University 2022 Dobson Bootcamp and Cup competition.
