Karl Desmarais

Karl Desmarais is a partner at Kairos Capital Management and has developed value added knowledge in supply chain management and manufacturing. Karl participates in the strategic operational activities of Kairos portfolio companies to install sound governance practices. 

Prior to joining the fund, Karl served as VP Distribution Operations with responsibility for strategic sourcing, vendor relations and international logistics for the company’s nationwide operations. During his time, Karl focused on improving the company’s overall products and services through key partnerships and lean operational systems.

Prior experience includes working for Deloitte, as a senior auditor and obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration & Specialized graduate diploma (accounting) from HEC Montreal.
